From 2006 to 2015, they worked at U.S. Bank as a Relationship Manager - Associate Vice President, focusing on business development, product development projects, and fostering collaboration across different departments. In 2012, Hinze and their husband became small business owners, establishing Natural Life Chiropractic, which offers chiropractic care and other therapeutic services. From 2015 to 2017, they served as VP, Payments Channel at MyFlightSolutions, a aviation technology company that develops software applications.
