Michel Degeling

Michel Degeling has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michel most recently worked at Billtrust as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner starting in 2022. Prior to this, they spent 16 years at Order2Cash in the same role until July 2022. Before that, they were an Account Manager at Markem Imaje Business Group in 2004 and an Account and Project Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Nederland BV from 1994 to 2003. Their earlier experience includes sales roles at Ingram Micro from 1991 to 1993 and internal sales at Bull from 1984 to 1991.

Michel Degeling has a diverse education history in project management. In 1978, they attended Spinoza Lyceum Amsterdam, where they pursued general studies.

In 2009, Michel enrolled in Capgemini Academy and obtained the Prince 2 Foundation certification, focusing on project management. Two years later, in 2011, they continued their education at Capgemini Academy, acquiring the Prince 2 Practitioner certification to further enhance their project management skills.

In 2016, Michel attended ICM opleidingen & trainingen, where they specialized in Lean Six Sigma and received the Green Belt certification.

In 2019, they attended ICM opleidingen & trainingen again, this time focusing on Agile Projectmanagement and completing a course to obtain the Agile Projectmanagement Foundation certification.

Additionally, Michel obtained several industry certifications. In 2009 and 2011, they earned the Prince 2 Foundation and Prince 2 Practitioner certifications, respectively, from APMG International. In 2018, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Finally, in 2020, they acquired the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certifications, also from Scrum.org.
