Mike Gerbino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike began their career at Fleet Credit Card Services in 1994, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Customer Service Representative II. In 1997, they transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager. In 1999, they joined Advanced Telecom Services as an Account Manager and later became a Product Manager. From 2002 to 2019, Mike worked at Kaplan Test Prep, taking on roles such as Office Assistant, Faculty Manager, Accounts Payable Analyst, Central Operations & Academics (COA) Report Writer, and Process and Workflow Coordinator. Presently, Mike is employed at Billtrust, where they have held positions as a Customer Sales Representative and currently as a Senior Customer Sales Representative.
Mike Gerbino earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Mike later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Management at La Salle University from 1996 to 1998.
