Ric Gruber Jr.

Ric Gruber has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ric is currently serving as the Owner & General Counsel at BILLY BRICKS since April 2017. Previously, they worked as the President & Creative Director at Brandless from July 2015 to January 2022. In 2015, Gruber co-founded FUND Conference and held the position until October 2016. Ric also served as a Partner & COO at PASKY GRUBER LLC, a boutique law firm specializing in technology and law, from October 2014 to March 2016. Gruber co-founded Strategia Inc., a digital creative and development agency, in August 2011 and worked there until July 2015. Ric was also a Partner at Gruber & Scatchell from May 2013 to October 2014. In addition, Gruber has gained experience as a Legal Department employee at Fitness Anywhere LLC, a Consultant at AnewAmerica, and as a Social Media Coordinator, Writer, and Policy Analyst at the Office of State Representative. Ric also worked as an Office of Public Information and Technology Development Intern at the Town of Danville.

Ric Gruber completed their education at the following institutions:

- University of Illinois Chicago School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a JD/LLM degree in Information Technology & Privacy.

- Fairfield University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a BA degree in History/Education.

- Fenwick High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their education, Ric Gruber is certified as an Attorney by the State Bar of California in 2014 and the State Bar of Illinois in 2013.
