Jon Henderson

Jon Henderson has over 20 years of work experience. Jon began their career in 2000 as a Sergeant (E5) in the Utah Army National Guard's Military Intelligence (HUMINT) and Korean Linguist. In 2009, they joined Raytheon as a Technical Support in their IT Leadership Development Program. Jon then moved up to IT Strategy and Project Manager roles in the same program. In 2011, they became a BASIS Support for SAP America's SAP Application Management Services (Remote and Onsite). In 2013, Henderson founded Henderson Technology Solutions, LLC. as an IT Consultant, Strategy, and Remote Support. In 2014, they joined Aramco as an IT Systems Analyst in the Office of the CISO (Information Security Department). Theirmost recent role is Manager of Cybersecurity and Risk Management at BILT Incorporated (SaaS CX Platform), which they began in 2021.

Jon Henderson obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Southern Virginia University in 2009. Jon also holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², obtained in August 2021, a COBIT 5 Foundation from ISACA, obtained in December 2020, a SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA 1.0 from SAP, obtained in May 2012, and a Root Cause Analysis Expert SAP E2E Solution Operations from SAP, obtained in March 2012.
