Haluk Dortluoğlu

Haluk Dortluoglu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and CFO of BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş since 2005, Haluk manages key functions including finance, reporting, accounting, IT, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and strategic planning. Additionally, Haluk is the Founding Chairman and CEO of FILE Market since its inception in 2014, leading its development as a significant player in the Turkish supermarket sector. Haluk also holds leadership positions as Chairman of the Board at BIM MAROC and as a Member of the Board of Directors at FLO Mağazacılık. Previous roles include Director of Accounting at Turkish Airlines and managerial positions at EY and Arthur Andersen. Haluk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
