Miriam Kikuli

Miriam Kikuli is a seasoned Human Resource professional currently serving as the Country Human Resource Manager at MILVIK BIMA since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading the local HR function and collaborating with global teams to develop a comprehensive Local People Plan. Prior to this role, Miriam held the position of Head of Human Resources at Ando Roofing Products Limited, focusing on change management and the implementation of HR strategies. Experience also includes serving as HR Executive for Wananchi Group, where tasks encompassed personnel record management, employee welfare, recruitment, training, and performance management across multiple regions. Miriam began their career as a Human Resource Executive at Mohammed Enterprises. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Chuo Kikuu Mzumbe.
