Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez is an experienced operations leader in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at Bimbo QSR since May 2024. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager of Bakery Operations at Lineage, Plant Manager at Bay State Milling Company overseeing a specialty flour milling facility, and Plant Manager at RW Garcia Company where significant improvements were made in operational performance. Additionally, Jennifer held plant management positions at Shearer's Snacks and Snyder's-Lance Inc., as well as serving as Plant Director at Inventure Foods, Inc., where revenue exceeded $35 million. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from New Mexico State University.
