Sofia Sundbom

Sofia Sundbom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sofia currently serves as the Chief People Officer at BIMobject, a global marketplace for the construction industry, where they are responsible for managing human resources. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company.

Before joining BIMobject, Sofia was a Member at Nova Talent, an organization focused on talent development. Sofia also worked as a Management Consultant and Business Analyst at Implement Consulting Group, where they provided consulting services to clients.

In addition, Sofia has gained experience in the non-profit sector. Sofia conducted a Master Thesis at Help to Help, a crowdfunding platform that sponsors university education in East Africa. Sofia also participated in the Female Student Acceleration Program at Acando.

Sofia Sundbom began their education at Jensen Gymnasium Uppsala from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Naturvetenskap. Later, from 2014 to 2019, they attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University to pursue their MSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management. In 2016, Sofia participated in a summer exchange program at Beihang University, and in 2017, they studied Management at Concordia University for one year.
