Bart Liu

Bart Liu is a Senior Product Manager at Binance since April 2022, previously serving as a Product Manager at BTSE from June 2021 to April 2022, where direct oversight of over five tech teams was conducted for the cryptocurrency exchange. Bart's earlier experience includes a Product Manager role at CSI Technology Group, responsible for managing ten account managers and five developer teams, as well as roles as a Software Engineer and Research And Development Intern at Microsoft. Bart co-founded ALCHEMA, gaining expertise in web and API development, and started the professional journey as a Research Assistant at NARLabs. Bart Liu holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Harrisburg University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Fu Jen Catholic University.
