Rachel Cheng

Rachel Cheng currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel (Employment Lead) at Binance since December 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Senior Associate at Clifford Chance from November 2016 to December 2021, and served as an Associate at Pinsent Masons from October 2012 to October 2016. Rachel began a legal career as a Solicitor at Tanner De Witt from September 2008 to September 2012, where Rachel also completed training as a Trainee Solicitor. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Law and Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from The University of Hong Kong, a Graduate Diploma of Law from Manchester Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from The University of British Columbia, and a Certificate of Teaching of English from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
