Sidney Majalya

Sidney Majalya is currently the Chief Risk Officer of Binance.US. Sidney has an extensive background in the legal field, having worked as the Vice President Legal, Chief Compliance Officer & Group Counsel for Global Government Affairs at Intel Corporation from August 2019 to January of 2022. In this role, Sidney was responsible for managing Intel's legal and compliance risks across the enterprise. Sidney also chaired the company's Ethics & Compliance Oversight Committee which oversaw enterprise compliance in a host of areas including Privacy, Product Regulatory & Safety, Product Security and Global Trade.

Sidney's team at Intel was charged with carrying out their GC's vision of "keeping Intel legal, ethical, respected and competitive in ways that drive growth." Sidney's work at Intel has prepared their well for their current role at Binance.US, where they are responsible for managing the company's risk across all aspects of its business.

Sidney Majalya studied government at Dartmouth College before going on to study law at Columbia Law School.
