Ryan Greenwalt, CPA, ABV, currently serves as a Senior at Marcum LLP, specializing in business enterprise valuation with a focus on companies involved with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Prior experience includes working as an Associate II at Grant Thornton LLP (US), where Ryan conducted enterprise valuations in compliance with various FASB Accounting Standards and specialized in portfolio valuation, purchase price allocation, and option pricing. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2021, and is a graduate of Hoffman Estates High School.
