Mauro Aratti

Mauro Aratti is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as an Analista de Gestión del Talento at BIND | Soluciones financieras since November 2020. Previously, Mauro contributed as a Profesor de Grado at Universidad de Palermo and worked as a consultant for Great Place to Work® Argentina and Great Place to Work Institute, focusing on organizational climate and leadership. Mauro has also held senior consulting roles at Utopias and has expertise in human resources consultancy with IAN- GESTION DE CAPITAL HUMANO.
