Alex Lampert

Alex Lampert is a seasoned professional in data analytics with extensive experience in both leadership and analytical roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Data Analytics at Surest since June 2020, Alex leads the Data Insights team within Performance Analytics, focusing on quantitative analysis with a team of analysts, statisticians, and data scientists. Previously, Alex held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Surest, conducting matched control studies and providing analytical support for client performance reviews. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Consultant and Senior Research Analyst at The Lewin Group, where statistical research and evaluation of Medicare bundled payment contracts were key responsibilities. Early career stages involved internships that provided exposure to servicing loan portfolios and credit evaluations. Alex holds a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Statistics from St. Olaf College.
