Josh Naatjes

Josh Naatjes, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Account Manager and Large Market Account Associate at Surest since July 2023. Prior to this role, Josh was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zipnosis, where responsibilities included managing relationships with over 25 customers and driving significant revenue growth. Experience also includes a Business Development Consultant position at SSM Health, in which Josh coordinated efforts across multiple markets and service lines. An Administrative Fellow tenure involved exposure to various operational areas in healthcare facilities, supplemented by an Administrative Resident role at Geisinger Health System focused on process improvement. Earlier career experiences include positions at HealthPartners, Intermountain Healthcare, and I-Comm Student Media. Josh holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
