Sherry Byon

Sherry Byon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Sherry is currently working at Bindle Systems, a Public Benefit Corporation, in the role of Business Development & Partnerships since July 2020.

Prior to this, Sherry co-founded Lunewave Inc. in March 2017 and served as the Chief Commercial Officer until November 2018.

Sherry also gained significant experience at Time Warner Cable, where they held the position of Senior Director, Corporate Strategy from February 2011 to June 2016. Sherry provided leadership and support for strategic initiatives, performed qualitative and quantitative analyses, and worked on business case development, product management, long-term planning, and strategic analyses on competitors and technologies. Additionally, Sherry worked as a Manager, Technology Strategy at Time Warner Cable from September 2007 to February 2011.

Sherry's earlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Consultant at Caribou Coffee from December 2006 to March 2007, and as a Strategy/Investment Analyst at Intel Capital from June 2006 to August 2006.

Sherry also worked at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard (formerly Whitehead Institute) as a Unix Systems Administrator from June 2001 to June 2005. Prior to that, Sherry worked as a Network Operations Engineer at Into Networks from June 2000 to April 2001.

Sherry Byon obtained their B.A. in Latin from Boston University. Later, they pursued their MBA in General Management and Marketing at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, completing their degree in 2007.
