Tommy Cromer

Tommy Cromer, PE, ENV SP, serves as a Senior Project Manager in the Infrastructure Department at Binkley & Barfield, Inc. since February 2010, focusing on Roadway and Design-Build projects for entities such as Harris County, Galveston County, TxDOT, and various municipalities along the Gulf Coast.
