Stacey Kons

Stacey Kons has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and program management. Stacey started their career at Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation as a Manager of Human Resources, where they oversaw all HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Stacey then worked as a Human Resources Advisor at MDA, providing HR advisement to various divisions and teams within the company. Following that, they served as a Manager of Human Resources at the Transportation Investment Corporation, leading all HR activities and developing strategic HR plans. Stacey later joined STEMCELL Technologies as a Human Resources Business Partner and Program Manager, where they led recruitment programs and managed employee immigration and relocation programs. Prior to their current role as Vice President of People at Binnie, Stacey was the Director of Human Resources at the same company.
