Charlie Peak is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in education and assistive technology. Currently employed at Binogi International, Charlie analyzes learner needs and designs culturally responsive curricula for Grade 4-9 students across multiple continents. In addition to designing instructional programs, Charlie has experience as a scriptwriter for animated lessons in the humanities. At The Apogee Project, Charlie writes assistive technology reports that guide decision-making for clients with complex needs. Previously, as Academic Director at Halifax Language Institute of Canada, Charlie developed curriculum standards and trained educators, while also teaching English as an Additional Language. Charlie's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Social and Political Thought, a Bachelor’s degree in English, and an Extension Certificate in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design.
