Donald Cosby

Donald Cosby possesses extensive experience in management and supervisory roles within the food production and laboratory sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Plant Manager at Cummings Resources since July 2022, Donald also manages a team of 10-12 phlebotomists for BioReference Laboratories, testing for Covid-19 in collaboration with professional sports leagues. Previous roles include Production Supervisor at Wornick Foods and Koch Foods, along with positions at Kellogg Company, Peter Cremer, and Kutol Products Company. Donald began a career in production supervision with WILD Flavors, Inc. Following a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Louisville, Donald has demonstrated strong leadership and operational oversight throughout a diverse career.
