William Figueroa

William Figueroa has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. William began their career in the United States Army Reserve as a Specialist from 1987 to 1995. Following their military service, they joined EmblemHealth in 1997 and held various roles, including Customer Service Supervisor, Coordinated Care Specialist, Project Coordinator, Business Manager/Data Specialist, and Client Letter System Administrator. In 2016, William joined Cognizant as a Client Letter System Administrator until December 2019. William currently works at BioReference Laboratories as a CV Coordinator Team Lead (Logistics), a role they started in May 2020.

William Figueroa obtained a Certification from NPower in 2020. William also acquired several certifications including the Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Coursera, the CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification from CompTIA, and various CompTIA A+ Cert Prep courses from LinkedIn, all in 2020.
