Maroussia Roelens is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in biostatistics and data science. Currently serving as a Chargée de recherche en biostatistique at BIOASTER since September 2022, Maroussia previously held the position of Data Scientist at the Institute of Global Health at the University of Geneva from September 2014 to September 2022, focusing on statistical and epidemiological studies. Maroussia earned a PhD in astrophysics from the University of Geneva, where research centered on the detection and characterization of short-timescale variability phenomena related to the Gaia ESA mission.
