Peter Van Hout has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.

Peter began their career at Alcatel-Lucent Bell in 1986, where they worked in the Accountancy Department as an Administrative Employee, responsible for checking and registering incoming invoices in SAP. Peter continued in this role until May 2006. Their tenure at Tech Mahindra ended in December 2016.

In 2017, Peter had two work experiences. Peter first joined Ericsson as a Site Acquisition Coordinator from January to April 2017. Subsequently, they transitioned to Biobest Sustainable Crop Management as a Customer Service Agent, specializing in prices and assortments. In this role, they updated the database with new prices and assortments, created price lists for sales managers, and provided support to the Customer Service Department.
