Ward Stepman

Ward Stepman has a strong background in sales, marketing, and management in the agricultural industry. Ward began their career in 1991 at Biobest Sustainable Crop Management as an IPM & pollination specialist, specializing in exports. After eight years, they joined NAI as an Area Manager for a year. In 2000, they returned to Biobest as the European Sales & Marketing Manager for the Biological Crop Protection (BCP) division. In 2012, Ward transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager for BCP, and then in 2014, they became the Technical Marketing Manager for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) at Certis Europe. In 2015, they joined Biobest N.V. as the Sales Manager for Southern Europe & North Africa.

Ward Stepman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tuinbouw from HOGENT between 1987 and 1990.
