Jacqueline Sanchez is a seasoned professional in customer operations, currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Operations for QualTex Laboratories, a subsidiary of BioBridge Global, since July 2018. In this role, Jacqueline oversees daily operations, facilitates client on-boarding, maintains standard operating procedures, manages training development, and addresses escalated client issues while also enhancing client experiences through streamlined procedures and software upgrades. With previous experience as CO Supervisor at both BioBridge Global and QualTex Laboratories, as well as VP Customer Service & Marketing at Volant Technologies, Jacqueline has built extensive expertise over a career spanning from 2000 to the present. Jacqueline holds a Master of Arts in Biology from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from St. Mary's University.
