Yvonne Strydom

Yvonne Strydom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, wellness, and education. Currently serving as Director at 4Be Foundation since September 2018, Yvonne focuses on empowering children and youth through sport and life coaching. Concurrently, Yvonne is an Affiliate at BioCertica, enhancing DNA interpretation and identity protection. Previously, Yvonne operated 4Be Lifestyle from August 2018 to July 2022, offering health and wellness workshops. From March 2001 to July 2018, Yvonne was the Owner, Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner at iQ Lifestyle, facilitating clients' journeys to optimal wellness. Earlier experience includes working as Assistant to the General Manager at Holiday Inn Garden Court from July 1997 to February 2001.
