Tumi Ladele

Tumi Ladele is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Biochemical Society since May 2019, where significant achievements include enhancing recruitment cycles by 50% through improved remote and hybrid processes. Previously, Tumi was the HR and Recruitment Coordinator at Charles Darwin House, overseeing recruitment and induction across multiple organizations, and acted as the primary liaison for recruitment processes as an HR Administrator. Earlier roles include HR Administrative Assistant at Inspired Concepts Consulting and a volunteer Gateway Assessor at Citizens Advice, as well as a Legal Intern at the United Nations.
