Lee Kalfas

Lee Kalfas is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the medical device and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as East Area Sales Manager at Biocomposites since August 2023, Kalfas previously held the position of Area Sales Director for Spinal Hardware and Biologics at Surgalign Spine Technologies from July 2015 to May 2023. Prior experience includes tenure as Sr. Director of Sales for Biologics - Spine at RTI Surgical and National Sales Manager at Orthovita, where significant sales teams and distributor networks were built and managed. Kalfas holds an MBA from Dowling College, a B.S. in Business/Managerial Economics from SUNY Oneonta, and an A.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Suffolk County Community College.
