Ruqayyah Ainul Bashirah

Ruqayyah Ainul Bashirah is a Scientist at Biocon since December 2022, with prior experience as a Biomedical Management Trainee at the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii) from July 2021 to October 2022. At MARii, Ruqayyah participated in collaboration with the National Institute of Health, facilitated key ceremonies, engaged in COVID-19 diagnostic testing automation projects, and managed data for reporting. Additionally, Ruqayyah coordinated various committees and management meetings within MARii and contributed to the Human Capital Development program. Previous experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Universiti Putra Malaysia, focusing on hydrophobically-modified nanoparticles for anticancer treatments. Ruqayyah holds a Master of Science in Nano Biotechnology, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cell and Molecular Biology, and a Diploma in Microbiology, all from recognized Malaysian institutions.
