Gregor Ömer

Gregor Ömer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2012 and 2013, they worked as a Trainee at SWAROVSKI. In 2013, they also worked as a Tutor at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Trainee at Biocrates Life Sciences AG.

In 2016, Gregor joined Medizinische Universität Innsbruck, where they worked as a Doctoral Student until 2020. During this time, they were responsible for translating research into diagnostic procedures and implementing ISO 15189 standards. Gregor also gained experience in project management, quality assurance, and quality control protocols.

Gregor Ömer completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in 2019 from Medizinische Universität Innsbruck. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck in 2016. Between 2014 and 2016, Gregor Ömer also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at The University of Edinburgh, where they studied Medicinal Chemistry, Sustainable Chemistry, and Biophysical Chemistry. In 2010, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Gregor Ömer obtained certifications as a Rettungssanitäter (Emergency Medical Technician) from Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz in September 2009.
