Lyndsey Grayson

Lyndsey Grayson currently serves as the Director of Operations at BioCrossroads, a role held since February 2021, after previously working as an Executive Assistant and Program Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Lyndsey accumulated extensive experience at Emmis Communications as an Executive Assistant from July 2013 to February 2021. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at Indiana Black Expo, Inc. and working as an Admissions/Data Retention Specialist at Ivy Tech Community College. Lyndsey began professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at Blue & Co., LLC. Academically, Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from IUPUI.
