Aswin Sankar

Aswin Sankar has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations management. Aswin served as the Vice President Operations at BioDot, Inc, a leader in automated dispensing systems for diagnostics manufacturing. Aswin also held the role of Director of Operations at the same company. Prior to that, Aswin was the General Manager at ACME Cryogenics, specializing in cryogenic market solutions. Aswin has also worked in various roles at Meggitt, including Sr. Operations Manager, Focus Factory Manager, Strategic Supplier Development Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Supplier Quality Engineer. Aswin's early career includes roles at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, where they served as Quality Team Leader and Supply Chain Quality Engineer.

Aswin Sankar earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Aswin has also acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In 2019, Aswin completed the HPC Facilitator certification from Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. In 2015, they obtained The Meggitt Leadership Program from JSB - Learning I Development I Consulting, as well as the Lean Yellow Belt certification from Meggitt. The following year, in 2012, Aswin received the AS9100 - Lead Auditor Course certification from SAI Global. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained the Fundamentals of Engineering certification from the NCEES.

In 2021, Aswin enrolled at Harvard Business School Online to pursue a CORe Credential of Readiness.
