Christina Fiaschetti

Christina Fiaschetti has extensive work experience in the field of upstream process development. Christina currently holds the position of Associate Director Upstream Process Development at BioFactura, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager and Manager of Upstream Process Development at the same company. Christina also worked as a Group Lead Upstream Process Development and Bioprocess Engineer II at BioFactura, Inc.

Before joining BioFactura, Inc., Christina worked as an Associate Scientist at BioReliance from January 2017 to January 2018. Christina also served as a Process Development Associate at NOVAVAX INC from June 2016 to December 2016.

Christina's career in the field of process development began at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from May 2013 to May 2016. Their role involved recombinant protein expression from insect cells using baculoviruses, enzyme growth, protein purification, and analysis of products for biochemical modification of glycosaminoglycan molecules.

Christina Fiaschetti attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they studied Chemical Engineering and completed their degree in that field.
