Suzette Coetzee

Suzette Coetzee has extensive work experience in the field of clinical data management. Suzette started their career at Quintiles in 2009 as a Data Manager, where they conducted data reviews, wrote and resolved data clarifications, and developed and tested databases. Suzette then moved on to become a Safety Data Manager, where they conducted SAE reconciliations, data reviews, and wrote and resolved data clarifications. In 2012, they became a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator at Quintiles, where they conducted basic data review, wrote data clarifications, and resolved data clarifications. In 2013, they joined PAREXEL as a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, overseeing the full scope of data management tasks from study start up to study close out. In 2014, they joined IQVIA, starting as an Assistant Clinical Data Manager and later becoming an Associate Clinical Data Manager, serving as a Data Team Lead on global studies and providing leadership to the DM team. Suzette'smost recent role is Senior Clinical Data Strategy Lead at Bioforum the Data Masters, a position they started in 2023.

Suzette Coetzee completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Science Honours at the University of the Free State from 1997 to 2000. Suzette also holds additional certifications in building resilience, cultivating mental agility, delivery tips for speaking in public, and fundamentals of GCP EXAM for support staff from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Barnett International Consulting. Suzette also obtained a PADI Divemaster certification.
