Connie Phung

Connie Phung, PMP has over 12 years of work experience in program management. Connie is currently working as the Director of Program Management, Strategic Partnerships at Biofourmis. In their previous role as the Director of Program Management at Edwards Lifesciences, Connie successfully managed projects related to production line transfers, global steering committees, and project prioritization. Connie also played a key role in facilitating communication between different stakeholders and vendors, and contributed to the development of accelerated transfer strategies and quality improvements. Prior to that, Connie worked as a Senior Project Coordinator, where they were responsible for creating SOPs, managing inventory, and coordinating equipment qualifications.

Connie Phung, PMP has a B.S. in Management from California State University, Los Angeles. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Medical Product Development from the University of California, Irvine. In 2013, they obtained their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
