Meredith Durbin

Meredith Durbin, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HRIS & HR Operations Manager at Biofourmis since January 2024. Previously, Meredith held senior leadership roles at the Nashville Predators, overseeing HRIS and Payroll from July 2020 to January 2024, and at the Washington Nationals as Manager of HR & Payroll Systems from August 2017 to July 2020. Other roles include Human Resources Consultant at Advanced Payroll Systems and HR Manager at Premier Fire Protection. Meredith began a career in human resources with a focus on payroll and HRIS systems, having worked as a Human Resources Specialist at First Capital Bank of Kentucky and completing a Junior Credit Analyst role. Education includes a BBA in Business Administration/Management from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Sullivan University.
