Sharon Allin

Sharon Allin has extensive experience in patient recruitment, retention, and engagement within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Patient Recruitment and Retention and the Head of Program and Study Leadership at Biogen since November 2016. Prior to this, Sharon spent nearly three decades at Eli Lilly and Company, where roles included Global Patient Recruitment and Retention Consultant, Clinical Operations Manager, and Lead Clinical Project Manager, overseeing clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. Sharon's foundational expertise in analytical chemistry supports a robust career that combines scientific knowledge with strategic leadership in clinical development. Sharon holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Kingston University.
