Emmanuel Courties has extensive experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as Operations & Customer Success Manager at BioHorizons Camlog Global since October 2023. Emmanuel has held several roles at BioHorizons since August 2009, including Operations Manager and Customer Care Manager, with responsibilities that included direct telephone customer service, order processing, preparation, and billing. Prior experience includes being a restaurant manager at Entre Fogones, overseeing restaurant opening and organization, and acting as the sala manager at AlNorte, where Emmanuel facilitated communication between clients and the kitchen. Emmanuel studied Spanish language and literature at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III from 1993 to 1994.
