Taylor Cooney

Taylor Cooney is a Science Strategy Associate at BioInnovation Institute, with experience in leading research projects in various scientific fields. Taylor has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Ferrier Research Institute and as a Scientist at Avalia Immunotherapies. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Victoria University of Wellington, along with other qualifications in Microbiology and Immunology. Taylor also has a background in marketing and education, having worked as a Marketing Intern at Five and Dime and as a Tutor and Resident Assistant at the University of Otago.
