Javier Morales is an accomplished operations and quality management professional with extensive experience in various industries, including biotechnology, engineering, and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at BioIVT and Oxford Instruments since March 2020 and March 2018, respectively, Javier has a strong background in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
