Athena Joseph has extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, currently serving in various roles at BioLegend since October 2020, including Customer Care - CS III Special Teams, Customer Service Representative II, and Customer Service Representative I. Prior to this, Athena held the position of Private Dining Director at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from November 2010 to September 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing private dining experiences. Additionally, Athena co-owned Alpha & Omega Personalized Catering from August 2013 to December 2016, managing menu creation and event logistics for gatherings of up to 400 guests. Earlier roles include serving as a Hostess/Server/Room Service employee at Embassy Suites and as a VIP Server at Sleep Train Amphitheatre. Athena began a career in hospitality as a Front Desk Clerk at Budget Inn from March 2005 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of California-San Diego and The Art Institutes, respectively.
