Haikal Pramono H

Haikal Pramono is a co-founder and president of Ajak Gerak, a social movement dedicated to providing academic training and self-development services for high school students, especially from disadvantaged areas. Currently serving as an initiator at Planologic, Haikal focuses on development policy in Indonesia through partnerships with local governments and NGOs. As a management consultant at YCP Solidiance, Haikal specializes in agriculture, chemical manufacturing, and public sector education. Previous experiences include advisory work at Danareksa, participation in the YSEALI Academics Fellowship Program, corporate strategy at Aplikasi Super, and various roles in project analysis and business analysis. Haikal holds a bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and has expanded education with international experiences at Arizona State University.
