Naresh Bhavaraju

Naresh Bhavaraju has over 20 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare industry. Naresh is currently the VP, R&D at Biolinq, a stealth startup. Prior to that, they were an angel investor with Tech Coast Angels San Diego for 4 years. Naresh has also served as the VP of Engineering and Technology at 11 Health & Technologies and the VP, R&D at Biolinq. Naresh has also been a member of the Biocom medical device committee for 2 years 9 months. Naresh has also served as the Director: R&D, Algorithm & Systems at Dexcom for 7 years 8 months. During their tenure at Dexcom, they led product development and validation of Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring system, including clinical study design & regulatory strategy. Naresh has also served as the Director of Engineering at PhiloMetron for 5 years 8 months. During their tenure at PhiloMetron, they developed novel sensing technologies for wound and infection monitoring; created a multifunctional platform incorporating temperature, heat flux, and impedance sensing; served as PI for multiple NIH-funded projects.

Naresh Bhavaraju has a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin in Biomedical Engineering, and a B.E. from Andhra University in Electrical Engineering. Naresh also has a Regulatory Affairs Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
