Ashley Pérez

Ashley Pérez has a diverse background in operations and environmental advocacy. Currently, Ashley serves in the People & Culture department at BioLite since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Success Academy Charter Schools, including Business Operations Manager, Senior Operations Associate, and Office Coordinator from November 2018 to April 2022. Ashley contributed to the Planning Team at People of the Global Majority in the Outdoors, Nature, and Environment (PGM ONE) from January 2017 to January 2019, focusing on securing funding for organizations within the Groundwork USA network. Earlier experience includes serving as a STEM Educator and Program Coordinator at Groundwork Hudson Valley and as a Park Ranger for the National Park Service. Ashley began a career in retail management as a Retail Sales Manager at American Terrain Outdoors. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Purchase College, SUNY, obtained in 2016.
