Tuur Muyldermans

Tuur Muyldermans is an experienced project manager at BioLizard since June 2021, specializing in bioinformatics solutions for the biotech, pharma, and diagnostics sectors. Prior to this role, Tuur served as a bioinformatics trainer at VIB from April 2019 to June 2021, contributing to the ELIXIR project to enhance researchers' access to essential services. Tuur also worked as a life sciences consultant at ALTEN BELGIUM, focusing on process validation engineering, and gained early experience as a dispatching courier for the Scientific Institute of Public Health. Alongside a musical career as a violinist with the DJ duo Nine 2 Five, Tuur holds a Master’s Degree in Bioscience Engineering, Biomedical Biotechnology from Ghent University and studied at Uppsala University.
