Shailaja Uttamsingh

Shailaja Uttamsingh is a highly experienced professional in the field of clinical and translational sciences, currently serving as a Board Observer at Cerevance and as a Partner and Head of Clinical and Translational Sciences at Bioluminescence Ventures since October 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Shailaja has held significant roles such as Executive Director and Head of Clinical Science at Exelixis, Director of Clinical Research Science at Celgene, and Senior Director of Clinical Science at OncoMed Pharmaceuticals. Shailaja's academic credentials include a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and an MSc in Biotechnology from MS University of Baroda, complemented by a BSc in Physiology from Presidency University, Kolkata.
