Diego Rodríguez de Prado

Diego Rodríguez de Prado is a seasoned biostatistician currently working at Biome Makers Inc. since January 2022, and also serves as a socio fundador at Next Match Academy. Previous experience includes a role as a data manager at iuFOR and as a Ph.D. student and data scientist at ECM Ingenieria Ambiental S.L. Additionally, Diego held the position of International Director at Pint of Science Greece, facilitating public engagement with scientific research. Early career contributions were made as a Knowledge Management and Communications Consultant for the Smart Forest Foundation and as a Graduate Research Student at the Institute for Research in Sustainable Forest Management. Diego also has experience as a tennis and padel coach at Club Deportivo Continental Valladolid. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Conservation and Sustainable Use of Forest Systems and multiple degrees in forestry and data management from Universidad de Valladolid and the University of Galway, complemented by an Erasmus Programme at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
