Mauricio Chaves Salazar

Mauricio Chaves Salazar serves as the Finance Lead at Biomerics since February 2023, following a role as Supervisor R2R at DHL Express. With extensive experience at GSK from August 2013 to January 2022, Mauricio managed fixed assets and master data for the Americas, oversaw projects for service catalog and standardization, and coordinated the migration of fixed assets to Genpact. Prior roles include reconciliation supervisor for LATAM and fixed assets supervisor for Record to Report processes. Earlier experience at Baxter International Inc. involved consolidation and management adjustments across Latin America, along with support in order to cash and fixed assets processes. Mauricio holds a Licenciatura in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Costa Rica.
