Carine Jousset

Carine Jousset has extensive experience in customer service operations, particularly within bioMérieux, where Carine has held various leadership roles since 2000, culminating in the position of Vice President Global Customer Service Operations since July 2017. Prior to this role, Jousset served as Global Customer Service Operations Sr Director and was responsible for the Global Customer Service Expert Unit. From November 2014 to 2017, Jousset worked as Global Customer Service Microbiology Senior Manager. Earlier positions at bioMérieux included GCS KC Services Manager and Senior Application Specialist in Microbiology, alongside their role as a Lab Technologist at Établissement Français du Sang from 1996 to 2000.
